Product lanes

Lovegobuy Spreadsheet Categories

A real category directory should tell you what to inspect, not simply send you elsewhere. Pick a lane, read its warning signs, then open the external route when the comparison is clear.

Choose well

Start with the category whose risks you can name. Shoes need shape and sizing checks; clothing needs garment measurements; bags and accessories need scale, hardware, closure, and detail coverage. Compare similar items before saving anything.

Why the lane matters

One spreadsheet can hide many different decisions

A mixed sheet encourages visual hopping. Categories give each row a consistent standard and make missing evidence easier to notice.

Scope

Less irrelevant scrolling

You spend time on comparable items rather than switching from footwear sizing to bag hardware to electronics specifications.

Evidence

Sharper photo questions

The useful angles become obvious once you know whether shape, seams, measurements, closure, or small components carry the risk.

Value

Fairer price context

Rows in the same category make it easier to see what an extra cost appears to buy and what a lower number leaves unexplained.

Which category should you start with?

Start with the product you can describe without a link. If your note says “lightweight zip layer with a measured chest,” the hoodie or jackets lane is clearer than broad clothing. If your note says only “accessory,” pause and name whether the item is worn, carried, fragile, electronic, or size-sensitive.

When two categories seem possible, choose the one whose checklist catches the larger risk. A structured travel piece may be more useful under bags than accessories because dimensions, closure and interior layout matter most.

Mistakes to avoid

  • Opening ten categories and comparing none of them carefully.
  • Assuming a polished thumbnail is a QC photo.
  • Using one size label across sellers without garment measurements.
  • Treating an older sheet price as the current checkout context.
  • Forgetting that heavy packaging can change the apparent value.
  • Using a source name as proof instead of checking the destination.

Checklist before opening external pages

  1. Name the category and the two details most likely to disappoint you.
  2. Decide which photo angles or measurements should exist.
  3. Set a comparison group instead of judging an isolated row.
  4. Keep the seven-point checklist open beside Findsindex.
  5. Return to the buyer safety notes if the live destination becomes vague.
